Jong Ka Jib is in the Northeast (Elkins Park) area. I think it's on 5th or 6th just a block off of Cheltenham. I have been there about 25 times with students from Korea, Taiwan and even some yankees and it has always been good. The "H" market is not far away on Cheltenham and makes the trip even better with all the asian variety and great prices on vegetables, seafood etc... I was the only person there who wasn't actually ordering in Korean (actually had to order through my friend, as I couldn't really read the menu). I wish I knew the name of the place -- I'm not even sure which street it was on, but the food was really good, not that I have any frame of reference.
