The porkbelly with Birchrun Blue cheese sauce looks just incredible, as does that grilled peach. I yearn! BTW, thanks for giving my students some cheese tips the other day — I'm doing what I can to interest them in local food. They'd never been to the Farmstand before, so they were really excited to learn about it.
