I would LOVE to try the best bacon in the land. I made my egg sandwiches that way!!….with less fancy bread and cheese and sometimes i'm guitly of making the bread grilled cheese style. YUM. Fun video!

cut the bacon in half? the horror. that's like breaking pasta! do you break your linguine so that it fits into your pot better? i like the whole pieces of bacon better.

Looks delicious! What bread is that? It looks just sturdy enough to support that much cheesy eggy goodness without being overwhelmingly chewy.

Your way ends up prettier and perfectly fine, but I can not resist offering a suggestion – I cut my bacon strips into half so that they fit into a round pan more easily.
